New Buteline Co-Extruded Polybutylene Pipe

31 March 2023

For the past few years Buteline has been listening to customer feedback and as a result have brought out number of new fittings and a complete new Gasline range. This feedback has resulted in the introduction of Easy ID colour for Pexline which is red, blue, lilac & green pipe for hot, cold recycled and rain water respectively.

This year we are also launching the same Easy ID for our Buteline pipe system. For the past two years our engineers have been working on a manufacturing process to extrude pipe that is multi layered where the inner colour of the pipe is grey and the outer layer is red, blue, lilac or green, we call this process the co-extrusion process. The co-extruded pipe is the same as the normal grey-coloured pipe in all aspects of size and performance.
