Area Sales Executive UK - Field Based (Covering Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex)
Main Objectives:
To introduce Sell Buteline products brand into the UK plumbing market, initiate and maintain contact with existing and prospective new clients, mainly Plumbers Merchants, Plumbing Heating contractors, National regional Developers, to positively influence the decision regarding the selection or specification of the products range to establish Buteline product within the target market. Collating detailed intelligence on related products and the market.
Key Skills Required:
The successful candidate will have relevant experience either working for a manufacturer, or working within a merchant, who understands the demands of the plumbing and heating industry and our chosen route to market via Distribution (Merchants)
Can demonstrate strengths within the contractor developer sectors. Capable of managing the diversity of selling across Merchant end user markets including specification where appropriate. A committed sales person possessing "back selling" techniques with good negotiating closing skills who has the ability to sell a high quality product in a price sensitive market, someone who can work on ones own initiative and motivated to work.
Also essential is a high level of self motivation, resilience and determination, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, IT and organisational skills. They must be customer focused, enthusiastic, hungry for success and ambitious, with the ability to sell themselves. An ability to prioritise their own workload and work independently whilst also working in conjunction with a growing team. We are seeking someone who relishes a challenge and enjoys breaking new ground. You will have the best product on the market and the back up of significant research and development
An individual self motivated, organised and driven with excellent communication, presentation IT skills, who's hungry in their approach, and not frightened to ask for the order, who's prepared to make their own decisions and stand by them, applicants without a "Can Do, Will Do" attitude need not apply.

The primary focus of this role will be to increase sales of the company's products in the UK region. The successful applicant will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and business development within specifier and residential developer markets as well as via a distributor network (independent merchants etc)
In addition responsibilities include price negotiation, developing proposals, post sales support and account management. We are seeking someone who relishes a challenge and enjoys breaking new ground. You will have the best product on the market and the back up of significant research and development. You will:
