The Bute Trailer Hits South Island!

Recently the Buteline trailer, Mal (our South Island sales rep) and Mike (our Auckland-based sales rep) went on a trip around the South Island to visit our customers and get to know some new faces.

Promotional barbeques were held at merchant and plumbers’ shops starting in Timaru, with the trailer then heading over to Oamaru, Dunedin, Invercargill and Queenstown. After that it was back to Cromwell through Wanaka and back to Timaru.

Both the Bute trailer and Buteline products were very well received. Not having been down to the South Island since 1985 Mike said that places had certainly ‘gone ahead and grown’.

As can be seen in the pics, everyone had great fun – there was delicious BBQ food, and those who were given their fishing rods as part of the Bute Rewards programme were extremely happy. Many other giveaways were also handed out on the trip.
