STEP 1: CUT
▪ Slightly twist pipe as you begin to cut.
▪ Use the Buteline PB pipe cutter to ensure a square clean cut.
STEP 2:
INSERT PIPE
▪ Once you have cut the pipe, simply insert into the Buteline
fitting required to do the job.
▪ Note: Make sure you fully insert pipe.
STEP 3:
CLAMP
▪ Clamp the Buteline fitting, using ONLY the Buteline clamping
tool.
▪ Position the Buteline clamp tool squarely, approximately 2mm
in from the end of the clamp ring.
▪ Close handles to stops, hold in the tightly closed position
for a moment, this ensures that the flow of material is
performed.
▪ Open and remove tool.
STEP 4:
COMPLETION
▪ As you can see in the image, the process of using the Buteline
System is quick, simple and highly efficient.
