Vital to the efficiency of a plumbing system is the ability to consistently clamp fittings securely. Buteline has engineered their clamp tool to ensure a simple, secure and watertight join every time.

The specifically designed and patented Buteline Clamp Tool has a head that produces a round "seam free" clamp. The head is made from case hardened parts to ensure long trouble free life without the need for adjustment of the tool.

• Case Hardened, precision manufactured components are used throughout. This ensures that a consistent clamping force is applied throughout the long life of every Buteline Clamp Tool.
• Clamping applies sufficient force to “Cold Form” the clamp ring which ensures a reliable, long lasting, leak free joint every time.
• Buteline Clamp Tool design ensures problem free clamping of the Buteline joint every time, even in those hard to get at locations.
• Positive stop for clamping action ensures that the correct clamping force is applied to the joint every time. No judgement is required on the part of the operator. This feature guarantees that the Buteline fittings are not over stressed in use by the application of too much clamping force.
• Operation is possible with a single hand.
• Robust tool will stand up well to all site conditions (Basic common sense maintenance is recommended however, such as regular cleaning and occasional oiling of the moving parts)
• Well thought out design, and separate tools for different pipe sizes means each Buteline Clamp Tool will give many years of service without the need for any adjustment.

There are four clamp tools for the PE Systems: • CT6 BUTE: 20mm. • CT7 BUTE: 25mm. • CT8 BUTE: 32mm. • CT482 BUTE: 28mm		There are two clamp tools for the PB Systems: • CT482 BUTE: 18mm. • CT482 BUTE: 22mm.
